All Booq, Brenthaven, Crumpler, and select BBP and Slappa products are shipped same day via USPS Priority Mail with expected delivery times of 2-4 days. Decode, Sumdex and select BBP and Slappa products are shipped direct from the manufacturer via UPS or FedEx ground.

PaymentPolicy:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal, and Google Checkout payments. Orders within the state of Nevada incur the Las Vegas sales tax rate of 7.75% and is added at the time of checkout.

Return Policy:
We will exchange your item or refund your purchase price if you are not satisfied (refunds incur a 10% restocking fee). If you would like to return an item, please contact us at service@transitgear.com within 7 days of receiving your item for a return authorization. Packages returned without authorization will be refused. All returned and exchanged items must be unused, in new condition, with all original packaging, including inserts, manuals and enclosed accessories. Customer pays all postage for returned and exchanged items.

Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Confirmed orders received before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (GMT -8) are processed within 24 hours. Orders are shipped in 24-48 hours.
